Albert Whitney is the founder and owner of P.A.T.S. Aerial Media. Albert started his career path as a Police Officer in South Carolina and retired from Law Enforcement as a Federal Special Agent, after 28 1/2 years of service to his community and country. Shortly after retirement, Albert established P.A.T.S. Aerial Media. Where every moment is a pleasure and an honor to continue serving his community.
