Why Savannah Agents Put a Drone on Every Listing
A buyer scrolling on a phone decides whether to tap your listing almost before they have read the address. I have watched agents win that moment with a single photo, and it is usually the one taken from 100 feet up.
That is the case for aerial work on a listing. Attention first, then context.
What the ground camera cannot answer
A good interior set sells the house. It does not answer the questions buyers ask before they book a showing, and those questions are almost always about what sits outside the walls.
How much land is this, really
Lot lines, the neighbor's fence, where the yard actually ends. One overhead frame settles all of it. Without it buyers guess, and guessing is how a showing quietly gets cancelled.
What is around it
From 100 feet you can see the tree cover, the street, the walk to the marsh, the distance to the water. A buyer relocating from Atlanta or Charlotte has never driven that street. An aerial frame is the closest they get to driving it.
What shape the roof is in
Buyers who order a thorough inspection are going to see the roof eventually. Showing it up front reads as confidence. Agents who leave it out spend the inspection period on defense.

Where I shoot
Savannah and the metro, Pooler, Richmond Hill, Tybee Island, Hilton Head, and Bluffton. A Victorian in Ardsley Park and new construction in The Landings get the same flight plan: airspace cleared ahead of time, site walked before it is flown, backup aircraft in the truck.
One exception worth stating plainly. Real estate work is currently unavailable in Glynn and Camden counties, Georgia.
